Who we are

Benefits Expert is an independent UK business run by its founder, Karol Slusarczyk, trading as Benefits Expert. It started with one site - PIPexpert - built around a simple observation: most people don't fail PIP claims because they aren't entitled. They struggle because the forms ask them to describe their worst days in exactly the right way, with no help and no energy left to do it.

That first site grew into a family of single-benefit sites. Each one focuses on one benefit and does it properly: free guides that answer the questions people actually search for, and paid tools for the parts people find hardest.

What we build

Two kinds of things, on every site:

• Free guides. Hundreds of plain-English articles across the family - eligibility, forms, assessments, reviews and appeals. They stay free.
• Paid tools. Personalised reports and preparation packs that turn what you tell us about your own situation into the clear, specific wording the forms and assessments are looking for. One flat price, paid once.

What we don't do

• We don't take "success fees" or a percentage of anyone's award.
• We don't sell subscriptions that renew quietly in the background.
• We don't promise awards. Our tools improve how you present your case - the decision always sits with the decision maker.
• We aren't a charity, a law firm or an advice agency, and we're not affiliated with the DWP, Social Security Scotland or any government body.
• We don't pretend to be bigger than we are. This is a small company, and we think that's a feature: the same person who builds the tools reads the support inbox.
